Reservations
Our hours are TBD. Please call us and we will be happy to assist you with an appointment. To guarantee your appointment, we require a credit card.
Cancellations
As a courtesy to our guests and limited availability, please kindly notify us at least 48hrs in advance to avoid a charge to your credit card. Appointments canceled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be billed 25% of the bill.
Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment allowing time for check in and preparation of your treatment. Arriving late will limit for your treatment and reducing your pampering experience. Your treatment must end in time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
Medical Conditions
If you have a medical condition, please let the receptionist know when making an appointment. Some medical conditions may be not be advisable for you. Please also let the therapist know before your treatment begins of any medical concerns.
Payment
We accept Cash, Check (with proper identification), debit, VISA, & MC.
Gratuity
Gratuities are not included in our prices but are gladly appreciated.
Cell Phones
All cell phones must be turned off before entering the spa.
